Weeping Angels are a fictional species of predatory beings from the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. Their defining characteristic is their quantum-locked nature: they exist as stone statues when observed, but can move with incredible speed when unobserved.

The Weeping Angels are often described as "the only psychopaths in the universe to whom the Doctor is afraid". They kill by sending their victims into the past, feeding off the potential energy of the years they would have lived. They can also kill by snapping necks, as seen on occasion. They are depicted as vaguely humanoid figures covered in stone, often with wings and perpetually weeping (hence their name).

They first appeared in the critically acclaimed episode "Blink" (2007), written by Steven Moffat. In the episode, they are encountered in Wester Drumlins, an old, abandoned house. A key element of their power is that even an image of an Angel becomes an Angel, leading to the memorable line "Don't blink. Blink and you're dead."
